AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to Evermint Detailing Co. By accessing our website, booking our services, requesting a quote, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not book or use our services.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Evermint Detailing Co. regarding our mobile auto detailing services.
SERVICES
Evermint Detailing Co. provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to:
Interior detailing
Exterior detailing
Full inside and out detailing
Paint decontamination
Steam cleaning
Shampooing and stain treatment
Ceramic spray sealants
Maintenance details
Add-on services such as pet hair removal, odor treatment, and specialty cleaning
All services are performed at the customer’s location unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS
When booking with Evermint Detailing Co., you agree to provide accurate contact information, vehicle information, service location, and any important details about the vehicle’s condition.
You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have permission from the owner to request detailing services.
You agree to have the vehicle available at the scheduled time and location. The vehicle must be accessible with enough space for us to safely work around it.
Mobile Service Requirements
Evermint Detailing Co. is a mobile detailing service. We bring our own water and power for most appointments. However, the customer is responsible for providing a safe and legal work area.
The customer must make sure:
The vehicle is accessible
There is enough space to work safely
The location allows mobile detailing
Pets, children, and bystanders are kept away from the work area
The vehicle is cleared of personal valuables before service begins
We are not responsible for any issues caused by being unable to access the vehicle, unsafe working conditions, parking restrictions, property rules, or HOA/apartment restrictions.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All prices are quoted in US dollars and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, location, and requested services.
Additional charges may apply for:
Excessive dirt or debris
Heavy staining
Pet hair removal
Biohazard cleanup
Excessive trash removal
Oversized vehicles
Travel distance
Special requests
Additional time required due to vehicle condition
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
Deposits may be required for certain appointments. Deposits go toward the total service price unless otherwise stated.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit.
No-shows, same-day cancellations, or repeated rescheduling may require full or partial prepayment for future appointments.
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
Evermint Detailing Co. takes pride in delivering high-quality results, but detailing results depend on the vehicle’s condition.
Pre-existing damage, permanent stains, heavy wear, oxidation, paint defects, scratches, chips, dents, faded trim, worn materials, and other existing issues may not be fully repairable through detailing.
We will do our best to improve the vehicle’s condition, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, or imperfection.
Interior Cleaning and Stain Removal
Interior services may include vacuuming, compressed air blowout, surface cleaning, steam cleaning, shampooing, extraction, and glass cleaning depending on the package selected.
Some stains may be permanent. This can include dye transfer, bleach marks, old spills, ink, paint, chemical damage, mold staining, and stains that have been set into the material over time.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to upholstery, leather, plastics, buttons, screens, headliners, or trim.
EXTERIOR CLEANING AND PAINT CARE
Exterior services may include hand washing, wheel and tire cleaning, tire dressing, exterior glass cleaning, iron decontamination, clay decontamination, and sealant application depending on the package selected.
Paint decontamination and sealants can improve gloss, smoothness, and protection, but they do not remove deep scratches, rock chips, dents, oxidation, clear coat failure, or permanent paint damage.
Paint correction and ceramic coating services, if offered, will be quoted separately and may require additional inspection.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings before the appointment.
Evermint Detailing Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle.
Any items left in the vehicle may be moved during the detail so we can properly clean the area.
PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE
Evermint Detailing Co. is not responsible for damage that existed before service, including but not limited to:
Scratches
Dents
Paint chips
Clear coat failure
Oxidation
Loose trim
Broken buttons
Weak adhesives
Damaged leather
Cracked plastics
Faulty electronics
Aftermarket accessories
Loose emblems
Old or failing window tint
If we notice visible damage before or during the appointment, we may document it with photos or video.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evermint Detailing Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
If you believe damage occurred during the service, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide photos or video documentation. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
WEATHER POLICY
Because we are a mobile service, weather can affect our ability to perform certain services.
Rain, storms, extreme heat, freezing temperatures, high wind, or unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule your appointment.
If weather affects your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible. Weather-related rescheduling does not result in a cancellation fee.
Covered areas such as garages, carports, or shaded spaces are preferred when available.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Evermint Detailing Co. stands behind our work. If there is an issue with the service, please let us know within 24 hours so we can review the concern.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to issues related to the service performed. It does not apply to pre-existing damage, permanent stains, normal wear and tear, unrealistic expectations, or issues caused after the service is completed.
PHOTOS AND MARKETING
Evermint Detailing Co. may take photos or videos of vehicles before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes.
We may use these photos or videos on our website, social media, advertising, or other marketing materials.
We will not intentionally share personal information such as addresses, license plates, or private belongings.
Reviews and Testimonials
By leaving a review, testimonial, or sending feedback, you give Evermint Detailing Co. permission to use your feedback for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and advertising.
We may edit reviews for length or clarity while keeping the original meaning.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Evermint Detailing Co. website, including text, logos, graphics, images, videos, and branding, belongs to Evermint Detailing Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Evermint Detailing Co. may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective once posted on our website.
Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, unless otherwise required by law.
